Food-grade baking soda, also known as sodium bicarbonate, with the chemical formula NaHCO3, is a white powder-like food additive. It is mainly used as a leavening agent, acidity regulator and buffer. In food processing, baking soda can make pastries, bread and other products fluffy, neutralize the acidity in dough, and also produce carbon dioxide in beverages.

Feed Grade SBC 

Feed-grade sodium bicarbonate is mainly used as a feeding material for fish and poultry. Its function is to regulate the acid-base balance in the animal's body, improve the palatability of the feed, increase the feed utilization rate, promote the growth of livestock and poultry, and alleviate the effects of heat stress and mycotoxins. In certain situations, such as treating adenomyomatous gastritis, using it in combination with sulfonamide drugs, and during poisoning incidents, it can also play a certain role.
